Northcoast Corn Creations.

Founded by Fred Frisco, Northcoast Corn Creations (NCCC) is a gourmet popcorn shop located in Willoughby, Ohio. Unlike most small businesses, NCCC serves a purpose beyond making a profit. It provides training and employment opportunities to those with autism.

From the beginning, NCCC has been a collaboration between teachers and special needs students from local schools. Students of all abilities have participated in the initial concept creation, building design, and marketing of Northcoast Corn Creations, as well as the day-to-day responsibilities of running a business. This small popcorn shop is more than just a business, it's an inspiration.

Impressed after seeing the work we'd done for King Kone, owner Fred Frisco reached out to us to redesign NCCC's website. Their website had not been updated in quite some time, so we were tasked with bringing a modern look to it while also giving them the ability to operate an online store. E-commerce was a completely new challenge for us, so we jumped at the opportunity to learn something new.

Migrating their website from Wordpress to Squarespace allowed us to create a great looking website that was easy for them to maintain and allowed them to sell their popcorn across the country. In addition to designing their website, we also designed new business cards and took some of our first product photography shots for a client.

Working with Northcoast Corn Creations was a real treat for us. We always love working with new clients, but it's always special when we can work with an organization that is doing such a wonderful things to improve other's lives.
